Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How long does it take before my order is ready for pick up?
A. If you order by noon, you can pick up your order after 3 p.m. the same day. If you order after noon, your order will be ready for pick up
the following business day at opening.
For Saturday pickup, please have your order in by 10 a.m. or it will be ready the following open business day - that will be Monday unless we are closed for a holiday.
Q. Will I get an email when the order is ready?
A. We do not send out emails to you when you pick up at our warehouse. Just follow the guidelines above (order by noon, pick up the same day after 3 p.m. or order after noon, pick up the following business day) and you will be fine. If you have your order shipped, we WILL send you an email with tracking info.
Q. Can I just come to your location and "shop" for items.
Yes you can, but please note that you will not receive the online discount.
Q. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
A. Yes of course, our address is 5765 W 52nd Ave. Denver, CO 80212. Our pick up hours are;
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - We are closed on Thursdays
We are also open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For Saturday pickups, please have your order placed before 9 a.m. Saturday for same day pickup.
Q. I own my own business and have a business license, can I be tax exempt when ordering online?
A. Yes, you will need to have us set up you account with a password. First we will need a copy of your license and then we can set you up so you the website will recognize you and not charge you sales tax.
Q. I have a specific item I am looking for and it's not on the website, can you get it for me.
A. This is done on a case by case basis. If we have enough people interested in that item, we might start stocking it. We can also special order items, with 100% payment secured before ordering.
Q. What Shipping Methods do you use?
A. We use USPS and FedEx. Each service has a ground and an express option during checkout. Prices will show up in your shopping cart with choices of each service offered.
Q. How long will it take for you to ship out my order?
A. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after receiving them. If you order on Saturday, it will be processed on Monday. If you have a large order, it will ship out via FedEx. Our FedEx pickup days are: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Q. Can I use my FedEx account to ship the product?
A. Yes you can, just pick the "Pick Up" shipping option and in the notes section during checkout let us know that you want your order shipped per your FedEx account and put in your account number.
Q. What payments do you accept?
A. Our online shopping cart is set up to accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, and Discover. If you are picking up in person we also accept cash. Money orders are also accepted by mail, but if you choose this option, we do not ship the product until we receive the money order. We do not accept checks unless authorized ahead of time.
Q. How long will you hold my order?
A. If you pick cash as your payment option we will pull your order and hold it for 14 days (2 weeks) at that time we will cancel your order and put it back in stock. We usually access a 20% restocking fee and will note this on your account for the next order. The first one we put back will not get charged but any order after that will be charged the 20% restocking fee. If you pay with a credit card and want to pick it up, we will hold the product for you for 28 days (4 weeks) before we return the item back to stock. We will refund any money we charged for the order less the 20% restocking fee.
Q. How does the online discount work?
A. When you place your order online the discount will come off your order. The discount does not apply to phone orders, walk in orders, classes, gift certificates or any private label production or label printing. If you pick up your order before pickup guidelines shown on top of page, the online discount will be taken off your order. Please also note that you will not be able to "ADD ON" to your order once it is placed to increase your discount.
Q. What are your PICKUP GUIDELINES?
A. Order by 12:00 p.m. and your order will be ready after 3:00 p.m. the same day.
Order after 12:00 p.m. and your order will be ready to pick up the following open business day.
If you order after the deadline and you need to pick up your order the same day, the online discount will be removed from your order as this would constitute a "RUSH" order and the order would NOT qualify for the online discount.
Q. If I order today to ship, will you ship it out today?
A. It is very similar to the PICKUP GUIDELINES (see question right above), if you order before 12:00 p.m. we will try to get your order out that day. If it's after the noon cutoff, more than likely it will go out our next open business day but PLEASE plan for 1 to 2 business days for processing just to be on the safe side. Our FedEx pickup days are: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Q. It looks like you are out of the size I need, can I just order a bunch of the smaller sizes you have in stock and get the larger size discount??
A. I'm sorry, the smaller items are usually priced more as they take more labor to make and package. For instance if you wanted 10 lbs. of shea butter and wanted 10 of the 1 lb. size to make up the 10 lbs. The 10 each has 10 containers so we pay more for containers to put it in opposed to just 1 container. Also the labor to put it into 10 different containers is also greater than the labor to put into one container. For this reason we can not give you the 10 pound price for 10 of the 1 pound product. If you need more of a certain product, send us an email or give us a call to see if we might have some in the back (not on the website yet).
